One guide, one language
A live guide or a single PA track serves whoever speaks that language. Everyone else looks out the window.
Months of production
Scripts, translators, voice actors and an app agency used to mean a big upfront project before a single passenger heard anything.
TourChorus does it in one place
Map stops, generate and translate scripts, voice them, brand the app and print QR codes. Edit a stop tonight and riders hear the new version on the next departure.
How it works
From route map to multilingual tour in four steps
No hardware on the bus and no app agency. Your passengers bring the phones; you bring the stories.
Step 1: Map your route
Drop stops on a map, set each trigger radius and direction, and run a route dry run that flags pins a bus would miss.
Step 2: Write, translate, voice
Write each stop's script or let AI draft it from your notes. Translate into every language you offer and generate natural voiceover, or upload your own recordings.
Step 3: Brand it and print QR codes
Add your logo, colours and font, preview the app live, then download branded QR codes for seat backs, tickets and signs.
Step 4: Passengers scan and listen
Riders download the free TourChorus app and scan your code. The app becomes your branded tour, and commentary plays automatically at each stop in their language.
Features
Everything an operator needs to run audio tours
Built from a tour system already running on real sightseeing buses, then opened up for every operator.
GPS-triggered commentary
Each stop plays when the bus arrives, using geofences with direction cones so the right story plays on the right side of the street.
Every passenger, their language
Offer as many languages as you need. Riders pick theirs once; every stop follows.
AI script writing
Draft scripts from your notes or a place name, transcribe an existing recording, or polish what you have. You review before anything is published.
Natural AI voiceover
Studio-quality voices in each language, generated with ElevenLabs. Prefer your own guide's voice? Upload recordings instead.
Your brand, not ours
Scanning your QR code turns the app into your company's app: logo, colours, font, tabs and content.
Branded QR codes
Download print-ready QR codes that open your tour directly in the app.
Rider surveys
Ask passengers about their trip at the start or end of the tour, in their language, and export the results.
Analytics
See riders, languages and stops played by route, plus a monthly report you can forward to the team.
Announcements and push
Send delay notices, offers or reminders to riders, and show an in-app announcement.
Route validation
A simulated drive along the road network checks every stop will trigger before your first passenger boards.
Built for long trips
Background GPS and audio keep the tour playing with the screen locked, for hours.
Schedules and booking
Publish departure times per stop and add a booking button that links to your existing ticketing.

FAQ
Questions operators ask us
Do passengers need to download an app?
Yes. Riders install the free TourChorus app (iOS and Android) and scan your QR code; from then on the app shows your brand and your tour. A native app is what lets GPS and audio keep running reliably with the screen locked on a multi-hour trip, which browsers can't guarantee.
Do we need any hardware on the bus?
No. Passengers use their own phones and headphones. There is nothing to install on the vehicle.
Which languages can we offer?
You choose the languages for your tours, and AI translation and voiceover cover all major tourist languages. The app's own menus are available in English, French, Spanish, Ukrainian, German, Japanese, Chinese, Russian and Portuguese.
Can we use our own guide's recordings?
Yes. Every stop can use AI voiceover or a recording you upload, per language.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up, follow the setup wizard to build your first route, then start a 14-day trial. During the trial your tour is in Preview: you and your staff can ride it on test devices. Go live whenever you're ready.
Is there a setup fee or long contract?
No. There is no setup fee and plans are billed monthly. If you pause, your content is kept, never deleted.
What about poor mobile coverage?
The app downloads upcoming stops ahead of time, and riders can download the whole tour before departure.
What do you do with passenger data?
Listening is anonymous by default. Riders can optionally create an account, and you only see survey answers and email addresses they choose to share with your company.
Does it work for boat or walking tours?
Sightseeing buses are our focus today. GPS-triggered commentary works the same on the water, and dedicated boat-tour features are on the roadmap.
Give every passenger a tour in their language.
Build your first route, hear it in a dozen languages, and test it on the bus before you pay a cent.
