Pricing questions
What counts as an active route?
A route riders can currently play. Drafts, archived and seasonal routes you've switched off don't count, so you can keep your whole catalogue in TourChorus.
What are AI credits?
Credits cover AI script drafting, translation and voiceover generation. Each plan includes a monthly allowance and you can buy top-ups. Uploading your own recordings never uses credits.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes, you add a card after the setup wizard to start your 14-day trial. You're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.
What happens if I go live during the trial?
Going live ends the trial and starts your plan that day, so real passengers can use your tour. We'll always confirm before that happens.
What if I cancel or a payment fails?
After a short grace period your tours return to Preview. Your routes, scripts, translations and audio are kept, never deleted.
